Who Cass is

In her story, Cass grew up in Oregon, trained as a Mesa Carrier in Peru, and came home to her family's place in the Blue Ridge Mountains, along with her grandmother's old remedy notebook. Now she shares natural remedies from traditions around the world and checks each one against the research.

Who's behind her

Cass is created and run by a real person: a Munay-Ki Mesa Carrier and Shaman who has studied Andean healing traditions and Indigenous North American teachings. Every remedy is researched and checked by that person before Cass shares it.

Why she's AI, and why we say so

Plenty of AI accounts pretend to be real people and sell supplements. We think you deserve to know exactly what you're watching. Cass is a character; the research, the sources, and the care are real.
